Who is member of the board?

can anyone tell me, who is actually member of the board and who is preciding the board. I had no possibility to participate the bucharest meeting I possibly will not be update. And I have a comrade who wants to apply for memebership of the association he wants to be informed.Thanks a lot, hermann
